Horrible experience, I put £5 in the machine but wanted to retrieve it (didn't even start the machine) so I pressed cancel but it didn't give the money back so essentially ate up a fiver. There is a number to call in case of situations like this so I called the number but they don't pick up at all. had to spend another £7 so £12 in total for 1 wash. Terrible service.

Machine swallowed my money without registering it. But I phoned the customer service number and they gave me a refund

Used a drier after catching up with processing washing after my washing machine was broken. £3 dried my large load. Big machine with a variety of heat settings. Options for cash and card available. Nice tidy launderette.

The machine kept taking my money even though the dryers wouldnt start i recommend buying a washing machine or just going somewhere else

Many times cash payment taken and machine didn't start. Cloths not well washed even simple small stains. Think water heat is on minimal level to avoid electricity costs

Machines run well and all look in good condition. Can pay by card which is really useful. Loses a star as there's no detergents available, if it had a detergent vending machine too then it would be perfect.
