Daniel was welcoming, lovely and made feel at ease as I was there on my own to start off with.I had my father in law on whatsapp video to help me check the car out, then my husband came to view the car once he was free.Daniel gave us our own space and did not rush us. Told us about the company and all the relevant details about the car.Very supportive, great guy, and lovely location.Thank you team and especially Daniel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Drove the wife to pick up her car there was a fault with it sorted quickly, same fault when I got home, been to my local garage for a price to fix, called all ok to fix and pay back. Would recommend

Even though the staff are very friendly and seem helpful it’s clear that they just want the sale and have no regards to the person buying a car and how it will effect them.I highly recommend you don’t buy a vehicle from this dealership I bought my car five months ago and have had nothing but problems and every time I’ve called them they have taken no responsibility whatsoever.

Great family run wonderful staff got there yesterday and they picked me up from the train station, very prompt and genuinely very nice team and amazing secruity ( Sleeping beautiful dog lol). I felt no pressure or hassle very helpful and i would recommend. Daniel who looked after me had a great kindness about him and thank you for a great experience.

Hugh was so friendly and helpful. I mistook his car sales for a garage. However, Hugh still managed to look at the issue, order the part that I needed, and filled my car with his own oil in order to prevent any damage to my engine on the way home. Hugh also fixed my window wiper and recommended a nearby place to get my tyre replaced. Thank you for your kindness and expert advice.

Wonderful experience at the South Croydon Motor Centre when I bought my car last month. Daniel and Hugh provided exceptional support, expert guidance and lots of really helpful information. Gave me my own space when considering whether I was going to get the car, and huge patience (I was there for hours but I was never made to feel rushed). Even serviced the car and drove it home to me the following week as I was unable to bring it back on the day.Special shout out to Daniel who went above and beyond in helping me resolve a minor issue that happened with the car shortly after I bought it. World class service and I would highly recommend anyone go to the South Croydon Motor Centre for buying your car!!

Re: Land Rover DiscoveryAt first encounter, I felt overwhelmed by Mr Daniel, but afterwards, it was a nightmare experience.I have been promised to deliver the car in the next 48 hours but guess what? It came across some gearbox issues, and it has not been fixed for two months now.And they don’t even have courtesy car service. It has caused me sever financial losses.I had to borrow and asked for the lift to get to work. Now they are not in position to fix the car.But they could at least do is act promptly to refund the payment made by the bank as I have already paid two instalment for the car that I have never received.No action taken after week of sending constant email, no response.Made a phone call explained the situation and asked me to inform once they refund the payment to the bank.But no response at all.It took me several months to build a credit profile and secure a good APR loan.But now I had issues with getting car loan because of this mess, which has affected my credit profile, normally bank needs to get the money first and need to wait at least 14 days, sometimes 30 days and it takes months to build a credit profile and re apply for a car loan.And one cannot guarantee that I am going to get same APR loan.In my case, I just need a car to drive and the car loan is minimum £3000 extra interest from other supplier which you can experience as the Bank of England rate is constantly changing.Are they going to compensate for the inconvenience caused, I don’t think so.Very poor customer service.They should be doing their homework before listing the car, and I just felt for it, and right now, I am stocked.Bottomline, I have learnt a huge lesson that no matter how well they present the car I would advise not to pay more than a advance deposit to secure a car Until you receive proper confirmation that the car has gone through MOT and passed the pre inspection.Don’t pay a Penny.If they can’t deliver the car in 48 hrs then just walk away.It was so naive to list a car, which has not even gone through proper inspection.I believed everything they mentioned over the phone.But it has hugely impacted me financially.I am so disappointed.
