**VAN CONFIRMED BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR AFTER 4000 MILES****2 GARAGES CONFIRMED MOT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE****CONFIRMED BY THE GARAGE NOT GIVING ME A PENNY BACK****DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM AT ALL**COURT CASE PENDING!!!!!!!!!!Bought a used van from this garage 10 month's ago, the van came with an MOT with no advisories at all, over £3000 spent, but including bank loan probably say £4500!Then found out there was a hole in the exhaust, had a new one fitted he agreed to send us £60 towards the £145 Bill, said would arrive on my door mat, still not here 10 months later!Then while getting the exhaust fitted, the guy said there was a petrol leak, called him, explained the situation and he said would take the van back and fit a new petrol pump (which he did) Then thought well OK they are a reasonable company, but then we realized as you can see below!!!!!!!Took the van for an MOT 4000 miles later and has the worst case of corrosion the MOT inspector had even seen on a van, said they had tried to cover it all with under seal, stating impossible for this to happen in 4000 miles, we used the van maybe 20 times in 10 months.Have sent 2 emails with no replies about refunding me for the van, so have given them 7 days to do the right thing and will update with progress of any court action etc, or will update a much better review if this is resolved with out the stress and hassle to us all as we have no transport now. please see the failures below! I cannot say enough about how well Fraserburgh Car Sales dealt with me buying one of their cars.Communication was great and they got the car to me over 350 miles away.I really like the car and would recommend them to anyone.

bought a van from here, only had it for 4 weeks , after the 1st week the ad blue light came up and egr light , after 2 weeks it cleared then 3rd week it went into limp mode , got 3 months warrenty with it ,put it to renault garage at memsie who couldnt be more helpful if they tried told us how serious the problem was which was going to cost £1000, phoned the garage and told them the guy knew exactly which van it was and asked me what parts it needed , said he would get it booked in and would phone back mmmm no i had to phone back , then got told i would have to take it too them well i got told because its already gone into limp mode and it might start or might not and if it was to start it could just stop !!! just a shambles and a DISGRACE OF A GARAGE NEVER AGAIN !!!! i told him it needs proper renault parts not cheap parts he was RUDE and couldnt put the phone down quick enough .

Bought a Ford focus ecoboost 14 plate 8 month ago,, gearbox knackered, wouldn't recommend these crooks to anyone

Bought a used car from this outfit a month ago and had nothing but problems with the car, took it back to the three times for them to sort the problems out and they never sorted a thing.Took the car to a reliable garage and they found a large number of problems with the car.All problems found with the car that was bought with a full years MOT and no advisories and a claimed service and oil change.........Hole in the exhaust, all spark plugs needed replaced, clutch is on its way out, lots of engine managment codes came up, brake pads were completly gone, handbrake sensor was broken.

Sells faulty cars and don’t take responsibility for it. Had to take my car back the same day as the electric steering kept going and couldn’t turn corners properly, very dangerous. They won’t fix the car even if it’s under warranty, they just patch it up and even that doesn’t last a day. When I spoke to a local police man for advice, they knew straight away which garage I was referring to, so that says a lot About their reputation. Horrible attitude and customer service also. Avoid this place! I would NOT recommend this garage to anyone. There’s plenty of other garages/dealerships in Fraserburgh or nearby who won’t sell you a faulty unreliable car.
