Alyson rang me up when she saw my CV - only to tell me off!Apparently my CV was not justifying my work experience.I (who have not applied for a job using a CV for a long time) HIGLY appriciated her honesty and ability to read in between the lines of my bad cv.She listened carefully when I told her what direction I wanted to take in my career and only presented relevant jobs.Defenitfly recommend to anyone, regardless of industry. About 10 years ago I made contact with Carole via email whilst job hunting as I was moving from Ghana as an ex-diplomatic spouse. To cut a long story short she spent a lot of time with me via email initially and then face-to-face working on my CV. Pretty sure this is one of those agencies that create fake jobs just to lure people into signing up with them. The consultant that called, told me they had a position that closely matched my skills set, and they'd be happy to forward my detail on upon registering. Of course well after registering, as in nearly a month later, nothing. A complete waste of time. AVOID.

Absolutely useless. Don’t bother with shoddy angencies and just apply to places directly. Took a day off work to have an “interview” with them and they said they would send my details off to a firm they work with. I would not have received any further communication from them had I not chased them up.
