Absolutely love doing Ruth’s online yoga classes especially as I’ve had a bad back in the past - Ruth did a thorough health check with me prior to our first class. I really love Ruth’s relaxed style, explaining everything so clearly. The classes go so quickly and I feel so good after them. I definitely recommend Ruth whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi! ❤️

Yoga with Ruth left me feeling amazing. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making me feel instantly at ease. I was shown adjustments that I could make to each move so I could still benefit and feel part of the class even though I have limited mobility. Ruth asked lots of questions beforehand and was attentive throughout, encouraging me to challenge myself but not push too far. I highly recommend YogawithRuth if you want to experience a challenging yet relaxing type of yoga.
