I can confirm other excellent reviews. Multiple cracks in denture palette were repaired within 2.1/2 hours at very reasonable price. Same day appointment with total understanding of what I required and further corrective measures advised following examination of denture. This all carried out in friendly manner with a very detailed description of the precise work that was to be done. Would use again and highly recommend.

I have always been very pleased with the price and quality of work Roy Smith has performed on my elderly Dad's palates over the past few years. Mr Smith is always friendly, professional and has provided an excellent customer service to my Dad. My Dad was so pleased today that he was able to fix my Dad's palate at short notice. We will definitely return for any future Denture problems.I have returned to Roy Smith 4 months after my previous visit, with my Dad again. Roy used his expert skills and quickly adjusted my Dad's palate to fit his shrinking gums better, as his palate was making his gums sore. My Dad was so pleased he was out of pain immediately after Roy has filed the palates. Roy treated my Dad in his usual friendly and professional manner.

Went to R.M.Smith with a hairline crack on top palate, explained in detail why it was cracked and how he wished to repair also with a chipped tooth, he repaired it to an exceptional standard.So I asked for cost and time frame to make a full set of dentures after this work which I accepted and within a few visits he had completed to an exceptional standard again, two further very short visits for very minor adjustments, now complete and consider these to be the BEST SET OF DENTURES I've ever had.Found Roy to be very friendly and a superb craftsman and nothing is to much trouble for him, he will explain in detail how and why he does your dental work if your want to know.Costs online with private charges which I found well worth it.Many thanks Roy keep up your good work,Would highly recommend.George.

Roy is a very friendly, highly skilled professional. He expertly repaired a denture for my mum in around 45 minutes to an exceptional standard for a very reasonable price.In the modern world it is a breath of fresh air to be able to deal with a highly skilled, experienced professional in such a relaxed, friendly way.Highly recommended.

Just finished work Friday at 4.30pm ate a quick snack and my single toothed denture broke clean off from the palette!! I was in a blind panic. I Googled a 'Denture repair clinic' and Mr Smiths clinic came up with great reviews & stars, so I rang him, he gave me full directions.I arrived and really believed that my palette & tooth where unrepairable...I was so wrong. Mr Smith repaired the denture and put a metal bar in it, which was microscopic!!! I am thrilled to bits, perfect repair & fit, it's as if the denture never broke in the first place.Mr Smith, you are an artist Sir. What can I say ? I'm actually amazed at how much better my dentures fit after taking them broken to Roy. Fixed within the hour and feel so much better when I eat .. this guy is the best and would highly recommend to anyone . I'm so happy with his service just brilliant .

Absolutely top notch craftsman, with an excellent communication with the customer. Roy helped out with my poor quality previous dentures and made the new set in record time - he even gave me 2 appointments just hours apart so he could get done quicker. His work on making assessments and measurements was so superior to previous denture work I have had done, and the final fit process means I am now able to eat without fixing my dentures in place - a first after more than 10 years of wearing. Prices are reasonable, but remember you are buying the services of someone who is talented and devoted to good service. Thanks Roy, my wife is very happy as well.

Needed a denture fixing ASAP. Arranged a convenient time with Roy and dropped off. I was back there within the hour to collect it - repaired and strengthened as well. It had been repaired twice elsewhere but I feel confident it won't break again now.A really nice guy and a highly professional service at a reasonable price.I would highly recommend Roy, especially if it's urgent, late in the day or at the weekend (there is nowhere else you could possibly go that offers this service anyway!)
