Friendly staff, plenty of cv equipment and weights. Really cheap if you take into account the swimming as well. We'll worth a trip.

There was a Brysons dog show for funding . The cat & dog shelter...I did some home baking to raise money the animals .it was a nice day out , meeting loads of people with there friendly pets

Reasonable gym, lacking loose squat and bench racks, there is 2 Smith machines to try and compensate but it is a real downside. It has some decent machines, does has a selection of loose benches and dumbells, dumbbell stop at 50kg though. Has the potential to gain another star if it added in what many people want in regards to bench and squat racks, also a wide cable extension

Using this gym recently. Would like to see a few more classes and be able to use the swimming along the road. Try and go when the old biddies aren't sitting on the machines just chatting on instead of using them.

4th Birthday Party today in their sports hall. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. A big room for the bouncy castle, slide & cars we arranged. A spaious car park, good facilities.
