I was made to feel very welcome and safe during my first visit last weekend. Kate was very informative about the treatment and she was friendly and put me at ease. I will definitely be making repeat appointments.

I saw Luigi after unsuccessfully treating a verruca with over the counter remedies. My foot was very painful and I was nervous of anyone touching the verruca. Luigi’s calm and sympathetic manner put me at ease and he was very gentle when examining and later treating my foot.The verruca is now gone and I am able to walk again without pain – I feel a different person. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back with any future problems and highly recommend Luigi to anyone looking for a podiatrist.

The clinic is really conveniently located, very clean and comfortable. I had a great prenatal massage with Emily - will definitely be going back regularly for these, and for sports massages when I get back to exercise. Thank you!

Friendly and very accommodating receptionist. The place is nicely decorated and inviting.I was very worried about seeing a physiotherapist but Dr Quebrar put me at ease from the beginning.He was kind and understanding, explained everything to me very patiently and welcomed any questions, answering in detail. I have experienced excruciating pain in my leg every morning for over a week and after one session and two days of doing the recommended exercises I was mobile again, free of pain and not needing any painkillers. I warmly recommend the practice to anybody in need of help and care.

I haven't had a massage in about two years, and I'm so glad I went and had it done. My back pain and the tension there have improved massively since my visit. On the day itself, I loved chatting to Lennie about various things, she made me feel super comfortable and of course, the treatment felt amazing. I look forward to coming back again soon :)

I love the mind body clinic in Tonbridge. The space is always immaculate and the yoga I attended was excellent. I also use the sun beds now and then and again they are spotless, great beds and great cooling down/ changing area. Looking forward to coming back. Lilian

Last year i was in a bad way with limited and painful mobility that was diagnosed as a frozen shoulder. Raj (Muraliraj Rajan) has been very knowledgeable and understanding with my condition and has treated me with a range of physio methods and exercises over the last few months to retrieve the situation. He has also dealt with the underlying physical posture related problems that contributed to the frozen shoulder and with my general aches and pains. With thanks to Raj I now have full pain free mobility in my shoulder and I additionally have a range of exercises and posture related advice when walking for example to help me into the future. Raj has been excellent and I can recommend his physiotherapy services.

Really enjoyed my visit here.Online booking system was clear and easy to use which made it possible for me to make a last minute booking without any trouble. Amel, my therapist, was lovely and the place is clean, warm and welcoming. Nice loo too! I had a long massage which was wonderful and my injured shoulder feels some relief today. I will go again.
