Excellent hairdressers and always a pleasure to see Viola, very popular amongst the menfolk of Chiswick. Poor Viola is on her own for 2 weeks (November 2022) She still finds time for some nice words with lonely men.

It’s a barber shop. It’s £12 for a cut. The Eastern European chap who’s name I forget cut my hair and did a fantastic job. Wife approves. If you want to pour money down the drain at other hair places then do so but £30-40 to do the same job is just stupid! Go to Chris Barbers!

Used to be £12-£14 now £16 for a haircut but everything more expensive now? Viola is fantastic and has been cutting my hair for quite a few years! She’s always friendly and cuts and shaves well! Always look forward to my cut! 5/5!

So it’s the first day out of lockdown for hairdressers and they were busy! However I walked in with A LOT of hair which Hadn't been cut since April last year! I asked for the barber to keep some length but make it look presentable for work! He made it so short I look like I have a buzz cut and the fringe doesn’t even go onto my forehead!Very disappointed as the staff where lovely but the hair cut means I will not be returning!Maybe the barber has lost his edge over covid !!

I told the guy to simply trim my beard just on the sides because I want to keep the length. What did he do instead ? He sheared half of the beard which I grew for more than a year. Huge disappointment. Do not recommend.

I’ve had my hair cut at Chris’ for 18 years, and still go there even though I no longer live in the neighbourhood. It’s a great old-fashioned barber shop!
