Wonderful treatment! I returned for my second massage and reiki session with Sarah Jane yesterday. As a therapist myself, it’s great to receive such warm and genuine care. We booked an active meditation with Sarah Jane tonight. Her studio is so relaxing and Sarah Jane is so good at explaining the breath work and mantras which we really enjoyed. We both feel really relaxed and refreshed and have some techniques we can use regularly. Thank you so much.

I’ve been wanting to try The Healing Jay since meeting Sarah-Jane and today I did that and was not disappointed! I attended a workshop that included energetic movement kundalini yoga, a fabulous sound bath relaxation. Thankyou SJ, it was a wonderful way to connect with myself xx
