Had to provide a review to balance the one already shown here. I have been through the complete sales and installation process with this company this year and found they have been very helpful, imaginative and good value. All the staff I came across were very good and their installation team were brilliant, dealing with all the unforeseen issues without complaint and made us feel totally confident in their experience and ability. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very disappointed - paid £85 for a survey - had to chase for results. Survey could not be found. Second visit organised - more chasing. Options again promised but never forthcoming. Request for refund ignored and once I stoped chasing no further contact. Would not wish to place an order if a simple survey proves to be so problematic.

Jane the manager was excellent, from advice through to an after installation follow up. The team installing the fireplace was also excellent,, polite and helpful and they worked late to ensure the installation was completed on time. I have nothing but praise for Jane and the installation team. The only downside was that although I ordered the fireplace fine, I then wanted advice and recommendations about a gas fire. This took almost a month to arrive, after various reminders, when I made it clear at the outset that time was important. Once I had the quote, the work was done but it was about a month late. This was not Jane's fault at all.

Totally awful - went there today at 4.40pm for a special visit - shop supposedly closed at 5.30pm - we weren't greeted when we went in the shop except for the one sales assistant and I use that term very lightly saying we're just about to close actually" and he proceeded to walk around the showroom turning all the fires off - we were stunned and walked out - won't be returning! Big mistake - HUGE!"

Won’t be returning. Phoned ahead to see if they were open and booked an appointment for the afternoon. When we arrived the chap had no record of our appointment, then we went on to explain we wanted a minimalist inset stove about a metre wide. But was told the maximum was 60cm which confused us. We told him what we had seen but he said the prices would scare us, our budget was about £5000 with fitting so knew what we wanted. He then came out with a brochure showing the ones we wanted but couldn’t tell us what the stove would cost until we paid 85 pounds for someone to come out to us at home. We were then told that was it and given a brochure to go. Waste of time. Will take our £5000 order the a rival firm.

So pleased with our new fire place and fire. Great range of fires and surrounds to chose from, expert help in the showroom and the guys who fitted the unit were excellent. Thank you, our living room has been transformed and we got great value/service for our money.

phoned up about installing a fireplace i bought and told they only install there own sold where they make money on it, not intrested selling a service to anyone else. even if paying ROFL

Excellent service at Fire Flair. The manager, Jane, was excellent and gave great customer service. The engineers were excellent and kept everything very tidy and efficient. Would highly recommend!!
