What a fantastic service. They keep stock of dog foods that are difficult to find elsewhere. Price it reasonably when other shops have inflated the cost due to low availability. Ordered at 2pm and it arrived at 7am the next day. Recommend and will use again for sure

Had a small issue with the quality of the product supplied, obviously not of the shop’s making, but was really appreciative of the superb customer service! The manufacturer was contacted and a replacement product was organised really promptly.I will definitely be purchasing all our dog food from them in the future and will be recommending this company to my friends.

Came across petshop postie whilst googling my dogs food brand. Price and delivery are the best I have come across which is a big help with cost of living and a picky dog. Get codes sent for discounts when they have offers on my dogs food. Like to support smaller businesses and petshop postie is first class

I ordered some dry kibble samples. I emailed the shop as they were running a little late. I received a quick response from Patricia with an explanation and an offer of a refund if I desired. I changed the kibble size and my order was posted the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many extra samples had been sent. Thank you very much for that. I will definitely shop here again.

Top Class Service - I had an issue where not all of my order was received. I contacted them & asked that the missing items could be added to my next order. This was all sorted & when I received my next box of dog food, the missing items were included, as well as some bird seed as a gesture of goodwill & also a lovely little note added to my delivery note. This was followed up with a lovely phone call from Charles who wanted to make sure everything had arrived OK this time.Love this site - very reasonable prices & orders usually received the next working day by DPD. Would highly recommend.
