The experience at Nando's Eltham Sidcup was somewhat lacking. The service fell short of expectations, with extended waiting times for the food. Customer service appeared somewhat disorganized. While the staff was generally helpful, it felt as though they were preoccupied with other tasks. There is room for improvement in various aspects of the dining experience.

Ordered and paid on the app a few minutes after arriving. Food arrived 5 minutes later, which was just enough sauce selection time. Ate it under the triple height ceiling space, which seems to eat up the rambunctious shrieks of teenage groups, making for a quieter Nandos experience.No complaints.

Jack has the best telephone manner and customer service I have ever experienced at Nandos. I called up with to add some sauce to my Deliveroo order and he was truly the best in making sure my requirements were met. Shocked to have experience such a nice interaction. Updating me and being so polite while he was looking for my order. Thank you so much Jack!

We took our 2 little kids here today (one being 2 years old and the other 6 months) we were sat very quickly and amazing service from Jack, super friendly with the kids and to us too. The buddy on shift was super friendly also, the manager or supervisor on shift however was very unwelcoming which was a shame

Good layout, tidy and accommodating staff. I'll overlook the back of the tomato in my burger as the food was otherwise well prepared & average wait time! Good service.

Even though the food took a bit long to arrive (compared to other Nando’s) it was really nicely prepared. Very tasty and the wings were properly grilled. It was really worth the wait. Very polite staff as well.

We visited this branch after seeing a film at the Vue cinema next door. It is a good size branch, staff are friendly and we greeted immediately at the door. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday evening and we were seated straight away.The food arrived in good time but we had a little mix up with our order. We ordered a lemon and herb wing platter but found the wings far too spicy. After speaking to a member of staff we found out we were mistakenly given a wing roulette platter. They were very apologetic and a new wing platter was provided. We were lucky our children hadn't eaten any of the wings!The toilets are clean and located upstairs, however it is easy to miss the women's toilets at the top of the stairs as the door matches the print on the walls.

Thanks so much to the nandos staff who were so kind to me and my kids. I am so sorry for giving u all a hard time. I changed my order and my baby broke a glass. All the staff especially dom were so kind. Me and my 7 year old daughter are very grateful

We recently Visited this branch during weekday, tuesday. The first impression by the staff was very nice. We went there with our baby with a buggy. The first thing the staff catered for was a suitable place where the buggy could be parked easily. The staff also offered the baby feeding room if required.Nandos also offered the military Discount which was very welcoming.The food arrived promptly and everything was tasty. The staff also made sure how everything was going in between.The branch had plenty of spaces.We will be visiting this branch in near future again.

Can be overcrowded but most staff are geinuely niceFood can be hit and miss but staff always try their best to make up for itWill return
