Camplify UK

I have used Camplify a number of times now and really like the service they provide.

Awful company, avoid!Camplify are AWFUL when it comes to providing any type of protection for the hirer and their post hire customer service is shocking. They showed no interest in dealing with complaints or evidence provided, to show that the owner of the van had broken their TS & CS and lied about their damage notification/claim.They never responded to any of the evidence I sent to back up my position. I then had to wait 6 weeks before Camplify sent over a quote, for the damage that I was accused of and only then was the remaining amount of my 'liability deposit' returned. They have since apologised, but the whole process was unnecessarily stressful.They also claim on their website that you are comprehensively insured" which is simply not true. Terrible website, struggled to input information to secure a van, therefore didn't end up hiring one!! And no human being to help!

Alquilamos una autocaravana sin ITV al día (MOT en inglés) y sin frenos. Un completo desastre.Hace más de 3 meses que estamos esperando respuesta a nuestra reclamación. No dan contestación alguna. Muy irresponsables y nada profesionales.

We have been renting our motorhome with Camplify this Year and have found the process excellent.The website and app are very easy to use and the communication we have had with the staff has been perfect.I would wholeheartedly recommend this site to would be renters.

I hope you are not serious about not being able to notice that your company's website advertise on almost every page and every corner CANCELLATION FREE .!!!As a customer (Free cancellation) means that if I change my mind about any booking made on your website I won't lose a penny. ( please take reference BOOKING.COM ) Isn't that a universal IT advertisement language? Would you expect a company advertising such a service to keep 13£ if you don't accept the full amount you paid on a credit note? to me, this is a business mousetrap and misleading information to the highest pick.Whether or not I'll receive your refund I'll report ( CAMPLIFY ) to the council and local authorities to prevent you from stealing further and upset other innocent customers that like me buy your FAKE advertisement.Utterly disappointed with the genius behind CamplifyDavid
