Nowhere to bloody park your car!! It says staff and customer parking but if all of the spaces are taken up by staff then where on earth are the customers suppose to park up? The main road is always full of cars too and you cannot park in the sweet shop car park either.

LIES, LIES, LIES. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I was waiting for a delivery 8/12/23. I am furious. I received a message to say your driver had attempted to deliver the package. I was sat in my living room, my CCTV camera's on my TV screen. Plus I have a RING doorbell. If your driver had pressed the doorbell which they didn't as we checked the camera's and the doorbell. NO ONE from Royal mail came up my path. Just for the record anther delivery company arrived 4 mins after your driver was supposed to of come and I took delivery of that parcel. Perhaps you could explain how your driver avoided my security camera's and my ring. I don't believe that anyone came.

Went to park and car park full. Thinking must be full inside with customers. Came back an hour later to find it’s the same cars (guess staff) and no one in the shop. I asked a lady if they took ups parcels, she took one look at it and just pushed it back towards me just said no. I asked her if she could assist and she rudely said no we don’t take it as we don’t get paid. Now I understand this but no need to do it so rudely. If she had purely suggested alternates I would have been more than happy and thanked her, but to be so rude and dismissive is what led me to come in here and leave a 1 star rating.

Shocking service closed every time I go very infuriating wasting my time and fuel the website needs updating never mind ‘just’ posting a note outside the office! The app needs to get in todays world too!

the car park is full even when counters closed that must be staff there is nowhere to park anywhere close .SENT my parcel to another address because the staff cant read or ask anybody,s name before giving them YOUR tracked parcel ,CHEERS cant speak to a manager nobody,s interested in anything cant e mail they dont do them either and cant phone they know my items at another address because of the GPS but how are they going to get it back NOT A CHANCE ,they dont even apologise always supported RM i,ve never used a courier ,but not now nobody cares and employ people who cant read a simple address

We got a message saying they tried to deliver a parcel at 13.12,we checked our cameras and ring doorbell no one did come just lies

Cosy pub, brilliant staff good company and fantastic live music.

Helpful staff... But nowhere to park.Very difficult, if you have problems walking.
