Excellent service from the team, really pleased with our new kitchen worktop. I have to admit I was a little concerned that there was no showroom to visit, but we received samples in the post, they were very responsive to emails and phone calls, and the guys that came to the house to make the template and then returned for the installation were very professional and did a fantastic job.

Excellent service. From the initial contact, nothing was too much trouble. Ana was determined to find exactly what we wanted, and they were competitive on price. They came quickly once we were ready and then returned only a week later with the worktops. They were fitted very professionally, and we are so pleased. Their customer service is excellent, their communication is swift and professional and without exception everyone we dealt with was wonderful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. There is nothing that we can think of to improve!

We've just had our quartz worktops installed and they are incredible. After a lot of researching different quotes Mtstones Ltd were by far the most competitive. The customer service was excellent and Ana responded to all our queries quickly and professionally. The fitters were also great and we were especially happy to see they use (very) large slabs which means there were hardly any joins making the worktop seamless! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We were recommended Mtstones and are very grateful for this! Ana was extremely helpful from the get go and Marco is not only skilled in his graft, but willing to go above and beyond to make the job perfect. He was personable and professional the whole time, even when he had to re-template due to an issue we had with one of our units not fitting. The job itself was of really high quality and worth every penny. We will now be the ones recommending them!

My worktop was fitted yesterday, and it's a absolutely brilliant cannot fault it in any way it has made such a big difference to my kitchen and the island it looks beautiful would highly recommend.From Ana on the phone to the fitting nobody could do any more they are perfectionists can only say again I highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience from Mtstones. Ana was very helpful and patient in anwering all our questions and kept providing new quotes after we changed our choice of worktop and spec a number of times. Marco came up with helpful suggestions to keep down the cost after we had to make changes to the layout. The worktops have now been installed and we are very happy with them. Overall we would recommend Mtstones very highly.
