I decided to buy a 15HP outboard for my ARIB320 and spoke to Barnet Marine about it. I told them what I had and what I was thinking of and instead of selling me the more expensive 15HP engine they advised me that a 10HP would be more suitable. Excellent advice, it would have been very easy for them to sell me the more expensive engine but gave me honest and good advice. Can't recommend them enough. Thank You.

Rude and disinterested. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Three staff completely ignored us when we entered , despite the fact that I'd phoned ahead. They obviously had far more important things to do on their computers than to even look up! I finally got some attention when I started picking things up an and taking things apart. Even then the boss had to tell a young member of staff 3 times before he helped" us. To be honest

I have had an extremely positive experience with Barnet Marine. Ordered a 6Hp Suzuki, good communication and delivered promptly. I also had a fuel tank & fuel line, the latter of which had a fault. Instant response from the Company and replacement delivered in days. I would certainly recommend for all things Marine.
