I used this company to manufacture 2 more units for my kitchen exactly like what had already been made and fitted by my husband and Norton's did exactly and produced what i wanted they even contacted me to let me know how the units was progressing..I would definitely use this company again and certainly recommend them.Their workmanship is to a very high standard.The units fitted in perfectly in every way.

Cant praise this company highly enough, we had struggled for months to even get someone out to give us a quote for new sash windows in our grade 2 listed home.We finally contacted Norton who gave us a firm appointment day and time and actually turned up when they said they would..Great start.They listened carefully to what we asked for and what the conservation team had specified and came back with what we thought was a detailed quote and a fair price.The installation date arrived and a team of great fitters started to remove the old windows and install the new ones.Long story short. Great service, knowledgeable staff, fair price, excellent quality windows, fitted perfectly by caring and considerate craftsmen. Absolutely delighted!!

We commissioned an oak front door and frame which is appalling and following this costly experience I will never use this company again or recommend them. The door has never fitted correctly and continually swells so much so that it has to be replaced. They could not have been less interested in the problems we were having and said it was due to the treatment that was used on the door! What they didn’t know is that that we know they gave the job to an apprentice to make and that they used unseasoned timber that proved problematic when it was being made. There are two large filled knot holes on the front face of the door which look bad as the filler is constantly shrinking whist the back of the door is fine- a school boy error. They are an absolute shambles of a company, expensive with no customer service and poor workmanship. Go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would.I was at work,our joiner recommend this place wanted four pieces of wood for some door latches.200 mm x 150mm x 20mm they charged my wife well over £40 (she has not told me the full amount) even our joiner said The robbing *******"A week earlier I'd gone to Scawton sawmill and got three oak planks

Norton Joinery made and installed 3 large hardwood timber sash bay windows for me over 5 years ago. Fantastic quality, workmanship, and installation. They still look brand new. I had seen their work previously and they came highly recommended. Don’t hesitate to use this company.
