Bruce was great, very professional, knowledgeable, made us all feel at ease and helped both parties come to an agreement by seeing the other persons point of view. Highly recommend.

This was my first mediation session and I have to say that I wasn't sure about what to expect beforehand and whether it was going to help the dispute in any way. However, I have to admit that I was wrong in my thinking.Bruce did an excellent job. I felt comfortable expressing my arguments to him and didn't feel that he had any trouble understanding the dispute.
