Very bad customer service, would not recommend!I found the product I bought to be of poor quality, and very overpriced. PSThe product is of poor quality, I wanted to return one, because I knew would not accept a refund for both, and I know I'm right as you won't even accept a return for the unopened product !

Bought a DAB radio well over £300 and it was sent back 3 times. 1st the camera was so obvious as it was glazing with no mask surrounding it showing solder and wires. I sent them a picture to show as that was suggested by them. The sound was incoherent on the camera sound. When it arrived back, the stand by button was not operating properly and I was unable to tune the radio when i was able to eventually turn it on. The sound from camera was still unintelligible plus the radio itself was still playing up. The standby button was sticking and I was unable to tune in to stations and the magnetic switch was not operating so was unable to reset. They asked me to remove the back and switch the reset button inside which I did and was successful. The wire was loose on the reed switch and that’s why it wasn’t operating However after quite a while the radio seized. When I got it back the 3rd time the spy side worked very well despite them saying it was the same radio which I thought remarkable. The radio volume button was hyper sensitive and would jump from low to high with often large cracks going through the speakers. Although the camera and sound was ok, sometimes the sound from the radio would warble and cut off completely. When I spoke to them about it , they said that they videotaped the radio coming back and when they opened it up, they found the magnetic reed switch ripped out ( if that was the case, why did they not say at the time rather than sending it back on) it doesn’t make sense to me other than show they are very defensive but with no logical response to their evidence. They said the radio might be playing up due to interference so I kept it over the weekend. The weather was normal and no CB radios was near by etc and the radio kept playing up over the weekend developing a worse fault with the volume button been more and more temperamental. Phoned them up and they said they would send a return form but never did so next day sent an email to wish a refund being the final reject of faulty goods after 3 opportunities to remedy the fault. I was expecting them to arrange pick up by DHL like they did first off and have it tracked. I’ve already paid to have it returned through no fault of my own as they were not happy it going back and forth as they said it was working perfectly well when it left them and I didn’t expect there reply that they was not going to do anything else and if I wanted to send it back, it was up to me. I will find out more advice on how to approach this now as I’m not sure what I’m up against due to them saying they videoed last return with the reed switch ripped out which was absolutely clap trap. I’m wondering now they will say that the box will be empty when they received it so I’m going to have to look at precautions necessary to overcome what seems to becoming a slippy path. What a sad state it’s become. Such a shame as the dab radio is otherwise a nice easy radio to operate with ordinary batteries as well as internal to be mobile and alarm functions unlike most on the market. Very dismayed with well over £300 hanging in the air

After looking around for some time for some equipment to use I come across this company, have been searching for some time for some quality equipment and finally come across these guys. Would completely recommend. Brilliant customer service after not knowing what I would need I sent them an email and they were quick to respond with some great advise to help of my journey. Would recommend to anyone. Furthermore if you need anymore information check the website or the Facebook page like I did and they were able to help with any problems I was having an general advise on there also.

I read the reviews but am not great with buying online, so went to see them as they are in travelling distance. I explained the problem and had a look at some alternatives before deciding on one that was something I hadn't considered. Its honestly brilliant and is spot on. Cant fault anything at all.
