Mail Boxes Etc. North Acton

As I'm a student and live nearby I frequently use this mailbox company. The guy who works behind the till, seems to be very knowledgeable and welcoming. I believe the prices to be fair, for the recent services I've had from this company.If you're local and in the area, this is the place to go for your mailing and printing needs.

The owner did not allow us to post this item as it was not within the item range by 3cm… she did not want to even help and still took our money which we payed for in order for her to help as apparently we had to ‘store’ the item at her place. Very bad service. She was not of help at all and left us with no solution despite telling us to repurchase the label at her place (which was triple the price of an ordinal royal mail label). As we did not buy from her since we could just get a way cheaper one from Royal Mail website. She became very unhelpful and unkind in contrast to her behaviour prior to our issue.

On the advice of a friend of mine I went to check out the Mailboxes Store in North Acton. I needed some personal business cards printed. As I entered the Store I was greeted with a welcoming smile by a man behind the counter. I told the man I wanted to have some personal business cards printed. He brought out a selection of Matt, Velvet and Gloss cards for me to look at.He talked about the size, thickness, touch and the information on the card. He was polite and easy to speak to. After looking at a few cards I choose the Velvet Card. It had a really smooth touch, thick feel and the size was perfect. I bought 250 cards for £35. Which I thought for my first time was reasonable. While I was there I asked what other services he provided. They print all types of documents, run a postal service, deliver parcels all over the globe and provide rented P.O. Boxes. I was thanked for my business. You know that feeling when you leave a store and you feel really satisfied. Well I highly recommend the Mailboxes Store in North Acton. Oh and it's a nice location.

I was trying to weigh my parcel on the scale near the door, as the man was busy attending to someone else. He decided to stop me from weighing my parcel on the scale. There wasn't really a reason to not let me check the weight of my parcel. Again, theyve managed to disappoint their customers.The same staff is knowledgeable about his stuff.

SUCH RUDE STAFF! Avoid go elsewhere, tiny shop packed full of stuff so unprofessional, expensive products

great costumer service. the lady is very helpful , she explain all the option for the packaging /posting and prices as well as the expected times .will use again her service .

Owner is friendly but the printing price is just scandalous. I paid £1.70 for printing a one sided black and white A4 paper. I think it’s fine if you need to go there to print in an emergency, while you usually print at work. But if you think you might need to print every now and then away from home, just buy a canon printer (£40 from curry’s that comes with cartridges) which is what I did. In the long run, it’s way cheaper than printing at the store. Now I’m happily printing and scanning at home.

Very bad customer service. I was charged £2.80 for printing 3 black and white A4 pages. They charge £2 just for printing off of a USB key. When they couldn't open some of the files on mine, they were absolutely not helpful at all, they were not trying to find a solution. One of the men working there said I must have protected the file... Haha! If you don't know what you're talking about, just don't say anything. Got the remaining files printed somewhere else (and wasn't charged for using my usb key either). The error was not at my end but they were never bothered to look into the issue... Even though that's the closest place to mine, I will not go back there ever again.

rude staff, overpriced services , small cramped shop , no parking/ loading bays. Avoid
