I want a really big complain I been to FLANNELS in leeds and I did buy expensive shoes 620£ColourPale blue mixand this shoes very very bad quality I did use only for 2 time and Around of shoes been black and very dirtyAnd I been to the FLANNELS after 4 days in leeds and I was talking with reception and he was good guy and say im sorry about and he did give me detergents for this shoes and say washer again if not will be clin you can give back and i did wash and still dirty and i did give in back today and was manager there and I been explain for him but manager was talking very badly and not respect for me like customer and not listening to me and say I not gonna do anything for you and you can go out and I did record everything and took the picture from him as wellI was really sad because I did hard-working for 620£ i’ve been working like a 15 daysThis manager really racist and not respect. And very rude as well. This guy really good for cleaning floors or working car wash

Can only comment on one staff member who I interacted with. Older lady, short blondish hair. My daughter wanted to buy a bag that she had saved for. After looking round upstairs we couldn’t see it so asked this member of staff if they had it in. No, in a very offhand manner. Is it on our website she asked. It wasn’t my daughter told me but she thought it might be selling nice designer bags. The staff member then turned around and ignored us.We then went to Harvey Nicks, where the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. What a difference between the staff in the two shops.A friend of my daughters had also mentioned to her how rude the staff were in Flannels.Sort your staff out Flannels, manners cost nothing.

Flannels LEEDS. Absolutely appalled by their customer service. Tried on a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes with a price label on the sole of the shoe for £339. I commented on the good price to the assistant. When I purchased them at the till I was told they were actually £439 and the label was wrong. On asking if they could honour the price that was on the actual shoe I tried on the manager was very dismissive and said that they were v strict on this and only head office could agree to it. She said they wouldn’t answer the phone if she rang so no point. When I contacted head office myself I was told that honouring this price was up to the store and NOT head office. I am so cross that not only were they so dismissive of me despite mislabelling the shoe but THEY LIED to me about who could honour the price difference. I have made a formal complaint as advised by head office and despite head office re-emailing them I have still had no response after 4 weeks. They don’t answer the phone either. Appalling service. I will not shop here again or recommend it to anyone.

Came in to enquire about a Vivienne Westwood piece for my daughter. Was spoken to with a disgusting tone from an extremely older member of staff that looked in a managerial position. Just from the reception I received and lack of respect or customer service just shows the lack of respect the staff members show to customers with average income that want to buy luxury goods. Absolutely disgusting behaviour every customer that walks through the door should be treated equally and with respect. People should avoid this store as Harvey Nichols is much better in regards to the way it treats its customers regardless of class or budget.

I had the worst customer experience at this shop.I am from London and typically go to Selfridges or Harrods to buy designer items. I was visiting my grandma in Leeds and bought a few items from Flannels.I returned to the shop a day later to return YSL sandals. I was trying on a coat and the floor manager 'Jennifer/Jenny' kept harassing me. First, she yelled across from the room at me “make sure you put your hair around your face to not get make up on it.“ I found this to be extremely odd and unprofessional in the manner she was speaking to me. I then went to show the coat to my grandma , as I liked it and she once again started yelling “make sure you don't drag the tags on the floor.“ I brushed it off and I was polite but she had made me feel uneasy and I have never experienced this rude customer experience before, especially in a designer shop where employees usually fulfil higher standards in their customer service.My experience only got worse and the unprofessionalism became more apparent. I went to return my shoes and the woman at the cashier had said there is a no return policy and it's only exchange or credit. I told her I wasn't aware of this and if anything can be done. The woman with curly hair who I had bought items from the previous day overheard and rudely inserts; “well, you should've asked me if you can return items.“ I told her that I don't usually ask if items can be returned, as typically you can return it and she gave me more attitude. I do wish she had told me beforehand, as she could see I was unsure about some items when I was purchasing it. I didn't say this and I was still polite, despite the attitude I was experiencing from this shop.I asked if I could speak to the manager and Jenny comes over... she was patronising and condescending. As soon as she comes over, the woman with curly hair decides to come back and repeats; “well, you should've asked me if you can return items“. She had already inserted herself and told me this before but decided to come back once seeing her manager to show off in front of her.These are the worst employees I have ever seen and I will suggest no one to come here. I have never experienced anything like this before.

This is an expensive store and should be managed correctly. This only my 4th visit there and on each occasion, the last being today 29/11/23, I have noticed something that has alarmed me. You may recall too if you think back, but they seem to locate all people of colour on the 3rd floor, with the exception of the Asian security guard. Its like the management wants to hide them as far away as possible from the entrance. I won't be be going back, it's not right in this day and age.

Appalling customer service, young lady in women’s wear with a shocking attitude. she thought she was too good to assist people. Dreadful attitude, Truly the Sport Direct of fashion.Refused to give her name for a complaint, pretended to be the Manager and gave her staff ID number 579269. The store phone isn’t answered, just poor all round, spend your money elsewhere, ideally somewhere it’s appreciated.

Poor quality goods, poor quality after sales customer service. Bought a pair of mallet white trainers only for the sole to fall off within 7 weeks of purchase only to be told “there's nothing i can do”. Good job i spoke to head office prior to nipping by. Shame really as they lost a decent sale today aswell.

Fantastic shops. At the moment 20% discount on several pieces. Such a selection it's a pleasure to shop here. Staff lovely.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone. I've lost count of how many times I've rung the number on your page with no alternative number or point of contact. So unprofessional!
