For a few years the car park was free. It's now pay and display. Reasonable prices, but shutters come down at 7pm, so you must be out before then. It's a bit poor that it doesn't open on Sundays too.

This place is now run by Excel who are a remote company who rely on ANPR. Be very careful parking here make sure you read all the notices and comply to the letter or you will be receiving a £60 (£100 if your not quick paying) fine in the post.

Wasn't aware of the new charge, always been free now got a 185 pound fine for 40 mins of being there which would be a £1 ticket.I didn't receive any letters before my 'final actions' letter and now got to sort court and all this over Christmas. Thank you!

Cheapest parking in the town 50p for 1 hour.Just make sure you get back to your car and leave before your ticket runs out

Avoid. Recieved £160 parking charge in December for non payment of fee in August and have been told its too late to appeal, although no details of how to appeal was given. I definately paid for parking.

AVOID PARKING HERE. Run by Excel parking, left car park when parking ticket machines were being installed, so no ticket available. Did not receive penalty ticket through post until too late to appeal and was forced to pay £136Excel parking refused to talk to me or Citizens advice!

Avoid at all cost. I paid the charge of £0.70 over the phone for an hour of parking worth 50p and a processing fee for using a card of 20p. I was at the carpark for 58 minutes.Then I was charged £70/£100 for not paying the charge. I appealled it. Not only my appeal was rejected, but also I was not granted £0.70 back, and I am supposed to pay £100, because the company doing the appeals called Independent Appeals Service led by Bryn Holloway, dismissed my appeal.There are also many inconveniences. Payments are on the spot by cash only. There is no possibility to pay using contactless. Payments by card can only be made via the phone, but do not work: I made a payment and then I got a payment notice anyway. I appealed, with a screenshot of my account summary that the fee was taken, and they rejected it. I am now appealing further. Instructions are messy, written in small font. the assistance phone would not work. Avoid at all cost.

Good vehicle park. Reasonable price compare to many other places. Accept coins only.
