Contacted them about a car that was available on their website. Hadn't heard back so when I looked on the website later on it had changed to sold, so clearly it wasn't available. They contacted me after to say it was reserved. Website needs updating more regularly as to not waste people's time with unavailable cars. The listing photos also seemed of poorer quality than other dealers.

While traveling to the Isle of Wight on the 22nd March my Sportage developed a problem, I managed to get to our destination on the island and found that there was a Kia dealer on the island.We took our car to the garage the next day explained the problem only to be told I could not drive any further as the engine needed to be removed and stripped down. After some discussion a rental car was arranged for the rest of our holidayand to get us home to Norfolk. Leslies also said they would repair our car and for a resonable cost would drive our car back to Norfolk and collect the rental car which they did today 4th April. All the work was under warranty. I can't thank Luke, Jessica and the rest of the team enough for the service we recieved.

First experience - bad experience. I have opportunity to do a service at the main land but choose a local dealer(to support a local business). When book a service I asked if car will be ready by midday. Service person which i spoke with said yes, if I will drop car early in the morning - will be ready by lunchtime. When came at 8.30am - been told that service is busy and afternoon is the earliest I can have my car back. That's few hours later. In the end I have to call at 3.30pm to check the progress as no one didn't call me with the updates. After that I have only limited time to collect the car due to distance and public transport. In effect - 8 hours to do a 7th service, oil service and mot - for me is way to long. After that - car mean to have be valeting. Inside Yes - even it wasn't the best one - outside - you can see a foam which wasn't rinsed properly and bird poo when I collected the car. Price wise - not bad but as whole experience - really poor.

Great car dealer - we rented a KIA Niro for one week. Superb quality, fair price, very friendly owner (he even gave us a lift to the ferry port!). All in all - highly recommendable!

I rented a car from Jessica at Leslies Kia and I have to say what fabulous service I got. We had problems getting to the IOW due to ferry problems and she responded promptly to all my updates and when finally I had to postpone collection for the day, she came in on the Saturday even though they were closed and adjusted for the lost day. The car was superb and the rental rate was really good.If you need to rent a car on the Isle of Wight, do yourselves a favour and check them out.

My car was booked into Leslie’s Garage to correct a paint defect on the door edge, that was noted when I picked it up new (from a sister garage).From the initial phone booking, to the courtesy car the staff were friendly and professional. Best of all was the excellent condition my car was in on pick-up! Not only is defect completely gone the car was cleaned to a beautifully high standard.I’m absolutely delighted.
