Katie the lovely stylist did my hair yesterday. Absolutely fantastic, great skill and creativity. Love my new haircut. Super person too!

The staff are friendly and really listen to what you ask for. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you make the most of your hair and appointment with them.

Had my hair trimmed with a fringe put in by Katie at the Chester branch. She was exceptionally professional and helped me to feel very relaxed. She listened to what I wanted and advised me on what would work best, always allowing me the option to choose if I agreed or not! I am so pleased with my haircut and how good it looks with my first ever fringe put in. I finally feel confident again, and a lot less heavier without all of my split ends and damaged hair, thanks to Katie!

I called in to check the price of a cut as I used to go there when I worked in Chester a while ago. Michelle said she could cut it a bit later that day. She did a brilliant job and showed me some photos of cuts she'd done to see which ones I liked Because the cut was absolutely excellent I said I'd book for the root colour, but she said she could do it there and then, which because I live an hour away by train was really convenient. I'm so happy with the cut and colour and everyone is very welcoming.Thank you !

Mel did an amazing job on my hair! Booked as a 1-off because my usual salon was closed on Sundays but the price was so reasonable so thought I’d take a punt at it as I needed it done over the weekend. I wanted a lot of bulk taken off and assumed a lot of length would need to come off (dead bleached ends) but Mel managed to salvage most of it and gave me really cool choppy layers to help my natural waves/curls come through. She really knew how to make the cut flattering for my face shape and I felt comfortable in her hands ☺️ got exactly what I asked for and it came out better than I expected, 5* would recommend!

HiI had a haircut with Deidre yesterday afternoon at 3:30 She asked me how long I’d been dying my hair and then she spent the whole appointment telling me I was wasting my time dying my hair and should stop and become in her words “a silver fox.”

I booked into Regis last minute for a quick cut and blow-dry. I was really bored and fed up of my hair but I never really know what to do with it. When I arrived, Tonie took the time to ask me about my hair routine and actually recommended how to cut my hair to give it more style and also suggested what colour I needed to use to return back to my natural hair colour (instead of the mix of blonde that really wasn't working for me). Even though I had only booked in for a cut, Tonie fitted me in for a cut and colour and didn't think twice about moving her lunch break to accommodate me. She was friendly, professional and super helpful. I was so happy with the final result, it's the best I've felt after a visit to the hairdresser in years. I'd booked into Regis as a one off but after the service I received I've already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you Tonie for taking the time to advise and help me.
