PowerPoint were excellent they really helped me out as needed the washing machine due to caring for my mum, they went above and beyond to search for the part required, then phoned me back and sent an engineer the same day to come and fix the machine, reasonably priced call out for today's standards and gave excellent service. Thank you power point you really saved our Bacon.x

Had a problem with a dishwasher we've had installed many years ago, unfortunately after calling Power Point recommended by several people they were unable to repair it as part needed was obsolete due to age. Had a quote for a new appliance and installation which I was very happy with, don't think I could've got better. Paul turn up on the day given removed and installed the new appliance with professional friendly clean job. Old appliance and packaging taken away and price all inclusive with 50% discount off the first call out I had.Cracking service and a well done job received from Paul.Highly recommend this companyThank you

Wow what a fantastic service from start to finish! Engineer arrived 2 days earlier than planned as he phoned to say he was in the area. Music to my ears as my washing machine was broken and full of wet towels! I was expecting to buy a new machine but mine was repaired and only cost the call out fee.Very professional service and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Power Point Glos Ltd.

My washing machine broke down on Saturday evening! One quick Google search, followed by an email and by Tuesday lunchtime it was repaired at a very reasonable cost.Excellent service, polite, clean, reliable and guaranteed. I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you so much to Ben from power point , I called about getting my fridge freezer repaired as gas was escaping, Ben was very knowledgeable, and advised me that it would cost about half the price of a new fridge freezer, he asked me to send him some pictures of information inside the fridge, because it is fitted in a unit, so needed to check dimensions, within 15 mins he called back to say he could put me in touch with a business contact where they had checked to see what was in stock that would fit, I called them and new one arriving tomorrow and a very good price!I can’t praise Ben enough, he was so helpful and he will be my go to for any appliance in the future

I was reccomend PowerPoint, and they did not disappoint. My fridge/freezer wasnt cooling I contacted them and they sent someone out that day to have a look. Unfortunately the part needed was ££ so we said we would have a new one. PowerPoint found a like for like one, delivered it and took old one away. An excellent service and even better supporting a family run business. Thank you.

Really easy to manage our appointments and the discount for the callout charge was appreciated when buying the appliance from you.Really helpful and friendly staff that kept us up to date with our call out, delivery and aftercare, making sure we sorted out our warranty for the new appliance.Definitely use PowerPoint again when needing a new appliance.

Arrived on time, effectively diagnosed the problem with the ceramic hob, had a replacement part available, fixed the problem and reinstalled the oven. No hassle and a good job, thank you.
