The guys did a wonderful job of cleaning all my gutters and conservatory roof. They were very polite and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

Beyond 5 star service from just a random searchWe had a really great experience with this firm. From the initial call Dave#1 was very helpful and non pushy.Was then able to get a reasonable face to face quote very quickly from Dave #2.They did an amazing job of our conservatory and mould issues looks like new!!!.all windows and roof also cleaned.Dave #2 and his family are so personable, professional and down to earthWe cannot recommend this firm and these guys highly enough.Will definitely be repeat customers

Unsure if a one off (really surprised based off of other reviews) but we felt somewhat scammed.The £50 service is described as a “deep clean” and the man on the phone said he’d have our frames shining white, this just didn’t happen (visible dirt and grime on the sills and some bits not touched).They didn’t use ladders, unsure how deep a clean can go on the top windows without, and they were only here for half an hour (we have a Ring so double checked this). Annoyingly I didn’t check before I paid as was in a rush, and they didn’t say they’d had any problems getting the grime off but said it was “all clean”.When I did check and saw the dirt, we asked them to come back and finish the job or refund me half (as it was clearly only a regular wash).They apologised and said they needed to go to B&Q to buy a solution to use, which we appreciated, but then continued to say they’d come back for a few days before radio silence. Definitely won’t be using again or recommending.

Great services at a great price!I’m definitely going to contact David again next time I’m getting my windows cleaned. They even spoke to the shop under my flat to make sure they are not bothering the customers and everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

Steve did a fabulous job on our house where the UPVC and windows hadn't been cleared for some time.It's now shining like new and the conservatory has been reborn. Have booked for a regular window clean going forward. Thoroughly recommend Steve & Shine for any work you might want doing.

Geir & his team are brilliant! Cleans are arranged quickly and easily and it really is service with a smile. Geir recently cleaned a rented property for me in Clifton which wasn’t an easy job since the windows are huge and hadn’t been cleaned for years and they were gleaming by the end and all without fuss or hassle. Highly recommended!

Steve pressured washed our external walls, pavers and driveway and I have never seen them look so good. Our windows have also not been cleaned for a couple of years and are now spotless.Love being able to look out my clean windows and see clean walls and pavers, everything looks brighter and inviting.Very happy with Steve’s effort and would definitely recommend. I will be using Steve regularly from not on.

Friendly, but unreliable with poor communication.Edit after response from owner:David, the clean was scheduled for the Sunday and I really needed the clean to be moved to the day before as I was moving out and the landlords needed it to be clean for the new tenants.At no point was I told that it wouldn't be possible on a weekend, and in fact, when requesting the change to the Saturday, you said that it would be absolutely fine.So, obviously I was surprised when the landlords told me that no one had been and that they were charging me for the clean they had to do themselves.
