Was very grateful they could fit me in at short notice but the mechanics sucked. I have a spinal injury and needed help to get home I was also on night duty and so could really have done with the car being dropped off at MOT which most garages normally do. But no not these guys I was told it was out of their way and if I wasn't there by the time they finished they would lock up and be gone not the greatest customer service to be honest.

I had a problem with my brakes last weekend the team at Ripon MOT promptly inspected my car and wouldn't rest till they found the problem as they wanted to ensure I was safe. They were reasonably priced and didn't charge extra for it being a Saturday. I couldn't recommend them enough for anyone who needs work in Ripon.

I've used this garage four times now, twice for MOTs/services and twice for random repairs to my old banger. I've been really impressed every time. Good quality work, honest to the point that they show you the broken item every time they replace it, and fair pricing too. What more can you ask for?!

Professionally considerate.Very polite and professional to speak to, they even laid some scrap paper on in my footwells to prevent oil transfer from the garage into my car. Thank you!This centre quoted me £40-60 less for my car service than other garages including bigger names like Halfords. Happy with that!It’s a close enough walk to the centre of town to drop your vehicle off, go for a meal and then come straight back to pick up. Very convenient and basically a free breakfast when you price compare to other garages.
