Brilliant service. Felt clean and secure. Easy ground floor access. Owners were very helpful, as I wasn't sure how long I would need. Keenly priced. Did my own insurance to save a bit of cash The refund owing me when I left was paid within 24 hours. Would use them again. Thanks.

When I had any questions they were very helpful and always done what they could to accommodate me. I have recommended them to anyone I know that needs storage and I will use again if I need to. Used Surrey Self Storage for all our belongings over 6 months whilst we had building work done to our house. Chris was super friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The unit was clean, good value and the whole complex felt secure. Would happily recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic experience with Surrey Self Storage. Chris was helpful in getting us set up and providing all the information we needed. We only ended up requiring our unit for 2 weeks as our house sale fell through at the last minute, but they were understanding and provided us with a refund for all our deposit and the outstanding weeks we had paid for.Great to support a family-run business and will definitely use again when required.
