Sapna always does an amazing job and gives great beauty advice too. Her threading and waxing are almost painless and my beautiful nails last for ages. Sapna is also really friendly and lovely so I feel comfortable and relaxed whenever I visit.

I love going to Sapna, not only for her impeccable quality of work but also for her professionalism and friendliness. I love having my nails done each month and the new salon is just gorgeous. The whole experience is first class and I can't recommend Sapna enough x

Sapna was very calm and personable. The hot wax did not hurt at all and it was a great experience! I was reluctant at first on threading my eyebrows and face, but Sapna informed me about the benefits of this in comparison to other techniques- she definitely knows her stuff! :). My make up stays on much better now. Will definitely book again!

If you want perfection… go to Sapna. She’s absolutely brilliant. She has great attention to detail and always works to perfection. She’s friendly, warm and definitely listens and understands what you want. Highly highly highly recommended her. I promise you won’t regret it.

This is by far the BEST waxing service I have ever used in my life! My mum recommended Sapna to me and told me it was amazing so I wanted to see what the fuss was about and BOY DID SHE NOT EXAGGERATE HOW FANTASTIC THIS LADY IS!!! She had completely changed my life!! I used to DREAD getting my legs waxed because it would be the most painful and angonising experience to the point where I would shave religiously to avoid going!! Half the time I would end up bleeding and bruised from the pain - but when I came to Sapna, everything changed. She listened and was soo patient with me and what I needed. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable with her, something I’d never experienced before, and by ONE session, I noticed a slow in my hair growth! It was unbelievable! I kept going back thinking maybe the first was a fluke but oh my god, I barely have any hair now! It’s actually ridiculous how one lady can change your whole perspective on something you once hated!! There’s something magical in Sapna’s technique where you can tell she really knows her stuff and makes sure that you get the best treatment possible!! She deserves all the praise in the world!! It got to the point where in my whole 15+ years of shaving, I trusted her enough to give me a Hollywood, something I would’ve NEVER considered in my daydreams and now, I can never go back! Did not hurt a single bit!! I thought I was going crazy?! I’ve been shaving since year 6 swimming lessons and always stopped previous appointments for down there because it was excruciating and now, I don’t even think about it!! I honestly think she is the best in the game!! Thoughtful, considerate, kind and LOVES a good chat! I have not got a single bad word to say about her and wish I could shout from the rooftops that everyone needs to go here!! She will literally change your life and you will never go back to the, quite frankly, abuse from other salons because this absolute angel treats you as a person first and a client second and always makes time for me and accommodates me with my busy schedule whenever I need! Absolutely fantastic !

I booked an eyebrow threading “tidying up” for the first time. While she was doing my eyebrows she says “you needed a reshape not a tidying up” so I looked in the mirror and was confused and said “ok if you think they need a reshape go ahead” which she replied “I already did”. I couldn’t even see the difference and what reshape she was referring to. What she calls “reshape” is what other places I been at call “tidying up” for half the price. Prices on the website need updating cz once she sends the booking confirmation the price is higher compared to website. And I also believe you should ask the client first if they want the “reshape” before going ahead without asking. Even though to be honest I don’t see what reshape has been done. I’ll stick to my regular salons.

Sapna is amazing! She has rescued my nails after a local salon totally ruined them and I thought they were beyond repair. She is super friendly and easy to talk to and her setting is lovely. Cant wait to return.
