A young lady serving named Shan did an incredible job handling the very busy customer service at Pret! She was completely left alone whilst the cue had reached outside of pret lol honestly she was doing her absolute best to manage the situation and was incredible with serving everyone! Not sure where everyone was and why noone was helping her at such a busy period but i was there for over 15 minutes and she was completely alone! Bless her definitely deserves a lot of recognition for her work and spirit <3

After rude service I was served a tea WITH milk after specifically stating ‘black tea’ due to allergies. Disgusting.

My meal came to over £8.50 which I feel is too expensive for a sandwich and juice!!!!But this is a good pret for sitting alone as they have loads of high stool counter seats facing the main road, so u can enjoy Ur coffee and people watch. I had a Xmas veggie falafel sandwich, it's very delicious but very oily, my hands were greasy when I finished. Love the crispy onion. Also had a green juice which was Refreshing. Wouldnt get again as too expensive for what it is.

Always a pleasure to eat at Pret’s, love their products and business ethos. Had my usual porridge always consistent, however cleanliness on the floor front of house and chairs slightly grubby.

The keep both the toilets locked with the notice Out of order" for months. The toilets work perfectly well. They just do not want to clean. The council should be involved in this store as it is illegal not to have the toilet in a cafe which has over 10 seats available. Their toilets work

As a local for the past 3 years and having worked in hospitality, I am appalled at how this branch is run. At times, the place is completely overrun in peak times, with only 1 staff member taking payments, making coffee, and everything else. Other times, like today, there can be 4 members of staff (one manager included). Still, today, I had to wait in the queue for 5 minutes as there was only one till open despite the number of staff. If it wasn't for another member of the staff alerting the manager of the situation, it seems like they would've happily let the queue grow. Untrained staff that is left to their own device or experienced staff that seems to be exploited. No in between. I guess it's easy to be careless when you have a high turnover with minimum effort. And it's a pret.
