This surgery is genuinely going to cause long lasting harm to students. They wouldn't take me as a walk-in appointment when I told them I had a uti and was concerned about damage to my kidneys as they were reoccuring, they told me to see 111 who told me, as I had already tried to, to see this very same GP. They told me to start three days worth of antibiotics and come back to be seen the next day. They again refused to see me the next day and booked me in for a phone call appointment, only to tell me they could no longer help me as I had started the antibiotics they had told me to start, and next time to simply bring a urine sample to be sent to the lab. At no point was I told this, offered a dip test, or really taken seriously at all despite expressing multiple times that I was worried about kidney damage. Do these people not know what antibiotic resistance is? And what do they even do all day? They don't take walk ins, all calls after 8am are told to call back tomorrow, and if you do walk in at 8am they just ring you? What is actually happening in this clinic other than copious wasting of NHS resources?

I was in a great pain and I called them. They told they will call but never did. I had to walk up to talk to this centre however they said next appointment is in March. They said just take paracetamol and come back in March. This is aweful when they cannot provide timely help when you need
