Great service from very helpful friendly staff. They have a very good selection of flooring on offer along with beading and underlay. The place was also very clean and tidy.

Order didn’t turn up after taking a day off work and having everything arranged with a workmen. It's the second time I am having this problem with them. Not impressed. I wouldn't recommend it.

fantastic service and very helpful staff. I walked into the store not exactly sure what I was looking and received excellent help and advice (Faye).The shop was overall very clean and I felt safe given the circumstances.I can only recommend!

Does anybody know what this company (Direct flooring) is ? Is it a normal company. I've got a very bad experience with it. I bought (paid in advance) ten packs of floorboards and the boss promised to get me informed about having a fitter next morning but so far still I cannot get any response at all. When asked them to refund me, they simply refused with an excuse that their computer system is too complicated to handle this. Do you believe this ?

Nice friendly helpful staff. Very well priced - didn't find anywhere cheaper for laminate. Little difficult to find but parking is easy right outside shop. Beside time twisters.

Bought laminate floor and underlayer but I was ill advised by the staff and found myself with an unsuitable underlay and a terribly weak laminate. Better to avoid if you are not knowledgeable.
