Excellent 1:1 with Kath. Learnt so much about braking, cornering, body position, weight etc.Kath is super friendly and an excellent coach! The session was full of clear explanations, teaching points, drills, feedback and lots of fun riding!

Had a one day course with Kath with my wife. Been riding mountain bikes for many years but learnt so much and even inspired confidence to tackle drop offs, that I would normally avoid. Great session and value for money. I coach kayaking, so know how hard it can be to change bad habits but Kath's patience, explantions and approach means I am now changing my riding style for the better. Despite being a wet slippery day, we even managed to tackle the red route at Gwydir Forest without too much drama to consolidate the learning points.

Had a wonderful coaching session with Kath from RideHigh MTB at Llandegla refreshing basic skills after a long stint of little riding following a baby in 2020!Kath was patient and gave detailed explanations for each skill explored whilst looking at aspects of body positioning and demonstrated each element before helping me to correct my position to make my riding more efficient and balanced.This helped me feel much more confident on the trail when putting the learning into practice. Hopefully it'll give me the push I need to get back to riding regularly.Thank you Kath. I hope to see you soon for more sessions!

I had a great day out yesterday as part of a guided group ride up and down Cader Idris with Kath guiding us. Kath led us all safely up and down and made it a really enjoyable day with lots of enthusiasm, support and riding tips. Everyone had a great time! Would definitely recommend. Cheers Kath!

I booked a day's coaching in Coed y Brenin with Kath for 3 of us all new to MTB. It was brilliant, we all had an amazing time, and learned lots of new skills with her support. Photos, videos and coaching notes after were provided, plus support with buying suitable equipment. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic day learning to ride steeper terrain with Kath. Kath quickly established my ability, taking time to focus on some specific areas which needed improvement to enable me to tackle steeper, techier terrain.We then headed to a few sections of trail to put into practice the techniques we'd practiced. What a difference, I had far more confidence to attempt sections I'd have likely walked before.I have some simple homework now which I can continue to build on.I will definitely be recommending Kath & RideHigh to others - great session!

Kath gave me a couple of options of where to be guided so i chose Conwy valley it was a great experience fantastic riding with superb views of the sea and of course Josh the guide so easy to get on with I’d recommend Josh if you need a guide and ridehigh mtb

Amazing. Katherine put us all at ease there was no preasure from her at all. They way she coaches is awesome explaining why we were doing what we were doing....driving not surviving!!! Would be worth paying £300 pp ( wasnt this much) the amount we got out of a days coaching with her all left happy and confident full smiles and laughter. Coaching in a group of 3 friends but coached to our individual styles and comfort. Truly amazing day can't wait to do it again with Katherine. Deffinatly reccomend anyone to have a coach session with her.
