Amazing customer service. I have bought a few things from Nats for my little girl! One thing I bought was a stroller for our first holiday, it was brand new!!! She was very helpful in showing me how to set it up! Would definitely recommend for good quality new and second hand items

I have the pleasure of becoming a first time grandma next year and money is tight for my daughter and she came across Nat’s website ,we saw a pram she loved I messaged Nat paid a very low deposit and arranged to view pram tomorrow. Circumstances have now changed and I had to give back word on the pram,Nat was lovely and within 5 mins of me messaging her my deposit was back in my bank . Thank you Nat !!! I won’t hesitate to recommend you to everyone and hope to be visiting your shop next year.

We bought a travel crib and pram travel system from here and they’re both in amazing condition. They’re perfect for us. We’d highly recommend the shop and the service, which has both always great every time.

I used Natsnext2new cleaning service for my pram. I got it all cleaned from the wheels to the carry cot, car seat etc. Nat had told me £45 for the package but it should have been £55 as she didn’t realise how much I had to get cleaned but she still honoured the £45 she originally told me. It was a small journey for around 30/40 minutes there and back but it was worth it as soon as I picked it up it was all nicely wrapped and smelt amazing! I got to have a glance at the shop whilst collecting my pram and the stuff is high quality she really does a good job! Highly recommend

Nats next 2 new has been an amazing place to shop. I have bought numerous items from her over the years. They have always been great quality and I can't fault the prices. Highly recommend, made to feel very welcome by Nat. Sometimes dads get left out but arriving at Nats Nats 2 New, I felt very involved which was nice. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered without hesitation. Also we saved a huge amount compared to retail prices and everything was immaculate, most likely be back in the near future!
