In 2019, I began the wild ride of starting my own business. Let’s be real for a second; starting, running and growing a business from scratch is very challenging. The dramatic highs and lows have the power to affect your mental balance. I can say with zero doubt that The Conscious Founder has played a seriously important role in the shaping of my personal business mindset, our team's mindsets, and most importantly, defining an overall “mindset ethos” within our company.Alexi is giving us the toolbox we need to navigate the journey of building a successful company whilst not forgetting to enjoy every step of the way. I launched my business 7 months ago and got introduced to Alexis through a fellow founder. He has been invaluable in giving me confidence and direction in my personal life, which relates to important decision-making in business. Being a sole founder can be difficult but knowing I can call him for advice and support has been vital for me and my team.

I was very lucky to have been introduced to Alexi at a moment in my life where there was a lot of chaos, self doubt and a general lack of confidence in my day to day practice. Through our conversations, Alexi has opened my eyes to so many of the destructive behaviours that were potentially damaging the future of my business. He helped me to set achievable goals to change this behaviour and adjusted each session based on where I was at that time in terms of my mental health and he was always so understanding of the highs and lows. It really has changed the way I understand myself as a founder, and how I want to grow and run my business in the future, and for that I will always be so grateful!

One of the most valuable elements I took from enrolling in mindset coaching with Alexi, was to identify and highlight parts of my day to day life (good and bad) and get down to the crux of how to improve and elevate them. Ultimately, this led to progression in my work and provided a fresh outlook on opportunities, obstacles and problems going forward. It was great to be able to talk about yourself in a relaxed and comfortable environment. 10/10.

Alexi has been an outstanding mindset coach.
