Saul and Josh did a fabulous job with the new carpet for my staircase today - I am VERY impressed with the result! They took amazing care over every detail. From the start (advice on the most appropriate covering) till completion, it has been a pleasure to deal with Trim&Tuck.

Really impressed with the fantastic service all round.The level of professionalism was outstanding and it was apparent that the team knew what they were doing. We loved the level of cleanliness maintained and all the workers were so friendly and approachable.The finishing of the carpets and the chrome door bars really does add that luxury feel to our new home. Salih and Josh did a superb job on the stairs, the underlay and carpet was neatly and tightly fitted without any bumpy bits.It was the best quote given after shopping around at the major retail companies.Definetly would recommend!

I have used Trim and Tuck carpets on two occasions and will always recommend. The first time I got my stairs and landing fitted by Joshua and Yusuf. The quality of the work is incredible they both were polite tidy and professional! My stairs don’t even squeak anymore since they fitted a good quality underlay and beautiful carpet. The second time more recently I had some vinyl fitted in as I was having my bathroom replaced . Terry along with Joshua done a fabulous job. They were quick, tidy and of course professional. Great service from the team and fitters Terry and Yusuf who understand carpet properly and take the time necessary to fit carefully. They make templates for complicated corners and returns to finish in beautiful piping trimmed and tucked for lovely edging and tread nose details. Great result. Would recommend to get great results!

Not your average carpet shop!I have had carpet fitted previously from others and it’s just measure up, what do you want, fitted, away they go… no advice, recommendations, or explanations of joints etc. Just “That’s what you asked for”I’ve just done a full back to brick refurbishment with extensions,I got in contact with them early, came measured up, got an idea of what style I was going for then visited the shop and was easier for the professionals to advise me.(Sometimes we think we know best as the customer).The personal touch, attention to detail, advice given, products that I didn’t know existed or consider offered and explained but not in a salesman pushy way.I had other ideas in mind but after the guys explained from their experience, we decided on what was recommended & now fitted can see why.Can’t recommend these guys enough..!!

Starting from the top.1. The showroom is set to a fresh contemporary standard. I've been into many flooring showings over the years but this is up there amongst the very best. Certainly, locally there is nothing comparable.2. Service from the team in the shop to fitting is all to an elevated standard way above my expectations.3. Getting guidance is easy with this team. Many trades are often unlikely to give too much advice what they want to do is what you ask and then highlight to you if there is a problem this is what you asked for as the customer. Salih who came to measure asks questions to clarify, offers suggestions and from my experience is not afraid to say to you whether the ideas you have are going to work and will also highlight additional finishes to improve the finished product.4. The team fitting the carpet was punctual, polite and fit to a luxurious standard. Even down to measuring the spacing of the carpet gripper to the wall to ensure it is correctly spaced for the best fit.Overall, I was delighted with the finished product. Don't be put off that they are a small local firm they truly understand what they are doing.

I’m very pleased with the work Terry & Yusuf did when they laid my laminate flooring, a good job well done & all left nice & tidy after.

So pleased we went with this local firm - the selections and pricing were great - but what really set them apart from previous carpet fitters we’ve had before was the fantastic service from the fitters. They were friendly and extremely experienced, with great advice and tips on the fitting and design! I can’t recommend enough!!
