i dont shop here myself but my partner loves it great shoes and cheap prices compared to the main shops. the only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is they are limited on sizes but that could be because things sell out quick so get there early

The staff are honestly lovely. I got given a number to contact if i have problems with my home delivery, it was the wrong number- i didnt plan to go there but my friend said i need it sorting...on the way we saw that the 2 week return was up. However the staff member was so helpful, he exchanged it straight away and thoroughly checked the shoes for any blemishes as i said they were for my wedding day. Cant fault them at all. We said we would return just for the service

Bought a pair of gorgeous boots for £99 on October 22nd and the staff were incredibly helpful.Unfortunately after only three weeks of owning these boots and wearing for special occasions, they are coming apart.Deeply disappointed as I have bought shoes from Kurt Geiger before and the quality has been fantastic.Thankfully a member of staff has now confirmed I will be able to get an exchange or gift card with the amount I purchased with, due to the boots being faulty!

This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. No matter what Kurt Geiger shop you go in, staff seem to hassle you, but this was horrendous!!! I must have been told 10 times by every staff member that there was 20% off, being followed round absolutely hassled over anything I looked at or dared to pick up!! Sort it out, there is absolutely no need to make a shopping experience as painful and nagging as ours was today

A must when at the Oaks..... Great service massive discounts. Remember to get Macarthur Glen membership gets you more discounts in some stores not all you will normally see a little QR code on the cash desk if it's available....

Went in here with the wife, she was treating me to a pair of trainers for my birthday. We looked around before I spotted a pair that I liked. I asked a member of staff did they have these trainers in a size ten, she said I will find out. Moments later my trainers appeared I tried both trainers on and they felt very comfy. I said to the lady assistant that I would take them. The shop itself was very busy because they were reducing prices by a further 20%. I'm all for a bargain. Will definitely be coming back and I would also recommend it.
