Never call back, never take anything seriously until it's too late. I reported concerns in 2020 and again in 2021 regarding the same person, it wasn't until one of the children suffered a third degree burn in 2022 that they (leeds children's services) took action. Pretty much sums up the care" they offer.Further action is being taken against all involved

Absolutely disgraceful service they ruined my daughters life. Workers inexperienced and ineffectual, managers unprofessional esp Ben Newsome and line manager Jade. Should be vetted and offsted asap..the most corrupt organisation ever
