Very rude staff and manager. Unprofessional, misplaces pieces of different parts and when you ask for help they don't do anything except showing you they don't care. Waited patiently for a long time thinking they will serve me after they finish what they were doing, asked for help and left unattended. Staff discusses about customers unappropriately as well and giving attitude. Not expecting a 5 star service defo but you don't even deserve 1 star.

I went in here after having a terrible experience at C&S Luton. They were the loveliest people, so attentive and so helpful in finding us the perfect outfits within our budget. We will certainly be returning.

Complete fraud, changed price tag on the till and put higher price tag. Confronted but no cctv , so could not do anything.Beware when shopping, keep an eye on price tag and pay the right amount

Staff are not friendly at all... The staff should smile more and be more helpful rather than stare at the customers face like they've never seen people before. Also clothes sold online should be available instore too, frustrating thats its not! However the bethnal green store is much better, staff are nice, friendly and offer to help!

Very unprofessional and bad customer service!! Selling ripped scarves with marks on and then refusing a refund or exchange! Behaving and speaking rudely to customers! Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere!!

Nice shop for when you need to pick up a scarf, nice dress or henna whilst in the Dunstable Road area. Staff are polite and very helpful. There's a changing room which is very handy. I would recommend Mahir Luton

I wish I could give 0star. 0 to customer service.The worst customer service I’ve received is there.The man doesn’t know how to talk.he thinks it’s bangladesh he can talk however he wants to.

They change their exchange policy as it suits. Forget the 14 day sign they have up. They make it up as they go along and their actual policy is no exchange under any circumstances. They dont give receipts for cash purchases so pay by card so you have proof. Manager very rude and staff look like they are terrified of him
