When you charge £40+ above standard price per tyre you would think they would at LEAST clean the tyre fitting lubrication off after. Can’t fault communication just poor prices and sloppy fitting.

Purchased a Ford Kuga ST-Line 2021 plate. After initially having an issue with the original car due to a customer, salesman miscommunication where the original car didn't have the features we thought it would have Sid the salesman went above and beyond to find a suitable replacement, which he did within about 30 minutes. The car arrived a few days later and Sid came into the office on his day off to complete the hand over and ensure we were happy with the car, which we were. This is the 3rd car we have bought from Allen Ford Northampton and I have to say that each time the sales staff and management have been very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used or new Ford.

Very impressed with the customer service we received from Sadikaur (Sid). Lovely chap who went over and beyond to accommodate our requirements. He was sympathetic and considerate of our age and knowledge and was patient and extremely kind when explaining the functions and spec of the car we bought. I have just purchased my 6th Ford Focus from Allen Ford, I am a creature of habit!! Sold once again by the one and only Sid, he didn't even had to ask my preferences he knew what a memory. He took the time to find exactly what I wanted and always ready with a joke. As always Sir Sid as he likes to be called reigns supreme, an excellent person.

Car collected and delivered back to me promptly with all work completed. Courtesy phone call received confirming work done and detailing charges. Car delivered home with complete valet. Excellent customer service.

We went into the Riverside store with the intent of looking at a few of the ford models as my work is offering a CBS (so no intent to buy). Service was lovely, all staff made an effort to help us! Specifically, Joe helped us look at the cars we were interested in and was very informative and helpful throughout. He seamlessly booked us to test drive three different models, informed us of the best routes to drive to get a feel for the performance of the car and showed us how to use all the features of each car.Thank you for the help, much appreciated! :)

Had a very positive experience buying my new car from Ford. My new Ford Mustang Mach E is beautiful. My sales lady was really helpful and friendly, the only reason I have left a 4 star instead of 5 stars is because the lack of knowledge about the car, when buying a car I feel the sales person should know a lot about a car they are selling and I felt the knowledge just wasn’t there. But overall happy.
