Card Factory have a large range of both the design of cards and which occasion to choose from. They are so reasonably priced too. I often buy a variety of budget cards and use elements from them to make my own hand made cards. A budget friendly way for crafters to find what they're looking for. They also have a very varied choice of wrapping paper, tags, gift bags, balloons etc, again, all budget friendly but of good quality. You can also find many gifts for all occasions, and reasonably priced items of home decor ie candles, picture frames. Only negative thing to mention is that it's very difficult as a wheelchair user to get around the shop when its busy. This is due to very small amount of space between display stands, and in general. That said, it's worth making the effort for the choice, price and the helpful and friendly staff. A real asset to the high street.

Always has a wide range if cards for any occasion. Also stocked are gift bags, wrapping paper, gift boxes and humourous cards. Calendars and diaries are also available and small last minute gifts.

An unpleasant experience trying to choose christmas cards today with one of the sales assistants behaving in a rude & aggressive manner whilst restocking cards. The shop was fairly empty and this assistant (large girl with blonde hair and glasses) decided to make it known she was fed up and had too much to do to get the shop stocked up again. Whilst I was trying to choose cards right next to her, the assistant shouted to her colleague she wouldnt be able to get it all done in time, whilst muttering other comments under her breath, whilst huffing & puffing as loudly as she could for full effect whilst ramming cards into spaces, making me feel like I was unwelcome and in the way. Then she practically shouted & scowled at another customer (an elderly customer) who dared ask her where to find the cards she was looking for. Probably the worst attitude I have come across in 'customer service'. Clearly this girl hates her job and life in general. I took my custom elsewhere.

Good bargain shop but not always find what we were looking for. Great prices though

Some brilliant cards here for all tastes.Some very funny cards too.They also have gift confectionery, wrapping, calendars, soft toys and some great balloons .. prices are very reasonable too.

Nice and cheap, a must visit with cards and gifts for every occasion.Some gifts are of low quality but it is what it is.

Good value cards. Cheap prices but surprisingly good for the money. Can be chaotic around Christmas / Easter / other holidays so worth planning ahead.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to the staff at the card factory. They were so helpful specifically Tracey who helped me find my earrings when they dropped on the floor. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me.

Just brought a few cards and was served by the most unnecessary sarcastically rude man. Around 4:45pm 21/12/2021. Other lady in the store was absolutely lovely (otherwise would be 1 star) , but him no. I get its retail at Christmas but its just unnecessary and his attitude honestly ruined my day.

Great range of good quality cards. Bit of a queue at checkout but overall good value
