After lots of promises and getting us to purchase fittings let us down completely would not recommend to anybody

It's difficult to find reliable plumbers in our area but Darren has been ace from the start. He installed our combi boiler. We were hesitant to go with any model other than the one we absolutely wanted (no model mentioned here) but Darren did a good sales pitch for an alternative and still we weren't convinced so we got other quotes from other plumbers and fitters and others asked us why we wanted the model we wanted so much and we kept saying, Which! says so!!! Anyway, it seems we were considering an old version of Which! and this model was no longer the best and so returned to our favourite plumber, Darren, and said, OK, you win!!! Darren came in, put it in, no trouble, tidied up, showed us how it worked, gave us a tutorial on the App (yes, it has a mobile app) which is so easy to use. Only had one issue which was to do with LPG running out and Darren was on the problem immediately by phone. He's an angel. We highly recommend him and he answers his phone which is awesome!!!

DWW Plumbing are professional and reliable. Lots of trades don't call when they say they will, but DWW always communicate and offer a fantastic service too.
