Collegiate Riverside Way - Student Accommodation

Good environment and perfect service! I think it is a good experience for me to live here and have one year study. It is very near to the Tesco so I can buy things easily. In a word, it is a suitable dormitory for someone who want to have a quiet and comfortable lifestyle.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help us our no matter what troubles we have. The facilities are better than any other accommodation I have seen and are kept clean and tidy. Repairs are done on time and seasonal decorations keep the building feeling loved. Thank you Riverside!

Great place! Literally 5 mins walk from Tesco Extra. I lived there last year lived with great flatmates, where we spent most of our time watching TV in the kitchen, which is very spacious. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They are always there to help. High Recommend!

My flatmates and I love Riverside Way accommodation (Winchester) so much that we are living here for our second year! Highly recommended living here. The staff are so kind and would go out their way for you. We love our rooms and shared kitchens in a great way to make friends/ hang out. The common room downstairs is spacious and a lovely place to hang out with friends. There are lots of games including pool, table tennis, table football, playstation and a cinema section. There are large tables which we utilise for our work (sewing and artworks). We love it here so much highly recommend :D

I felt at complete ease whilst my daughter stayed at Riverside. She had a really great experience and loved the team who were always so lovely to her, especially Natalie (sorry I do not know her surname). I would definitely recommend to other parents looking for accommodation in Winchester. The location is perfect. Best wishes Margaret.

After reviewing my harsh review due to shock. I now see it is a good value for money as the staff are always friendly and up for a chat. They are also very helpful and make sure that you feel comfortable living away from home.

This review is for Cathedral Point (not yet on Google), the sister accommodation for Riverside way.Reasons not to choose Cathedral Point:Cathedral point is extortionately priced compared to on-campus accomodation at £165 p/w.It is a long walk from the Winchester campus, 15 - 20 mins!It is right next to a train station (Picture attached) with trains running 24/7 outside your window! Looking out of my window is a rubbish dump essentially... Trains constantly sound horns when passing and Freightliner's run at 1am!!Most university accommodation is cheaper in price and comes with a weekly clean, Cathedral Point does not at £165 p/w!The rooms at CP are very cramped compared to cheaper alternatives! (Example: Queens)Website advertises MONTHLY events however this only happened in Semester 1 a couple of times...Random cracks appear in the walls and paintwork from the train going past!Student storage in the kitchen is very limited and unpractical. No locks on cupboards, and very high up (not good for short people).In conclusion you pay allot of money for not allot in comparison with on-campus accomodation!

Absolutely loved living here last year! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and were always happy to help with anything. All the rooms are lovely, especially the shared kitchen, which is where my flatmates and I spent most of our time, cooking/baking and watching movies on the TV. Overall a lovely atmosphere, I highly recommend!

A really lovely place to stay. Communal areas are always clean and the bedrooms and bright and spacious. At no fault of Riverside, if you're on a particular side of the building you can sometimes hear trucks being loaded at 2am.

I've been here have been a great experience, the room is comfortable, the environment is nice and the facilities are sound. Great！！
