Bethany has been very professional, and has gone above and beyond during the entire process of enquiring about a flat. She has answered all questions we had honestly and the whole process was incredibly efficient. You can tell the lettings agency really cares about the tenants and landlords. The viewing was very thorough and allowed the tenant ample time, they were also very accommodating with work schedules.
