Purchased my first forklift from them. I needed it asap. Picked one with help of FLC team. Unfortunately had to wait few months before my machine would arrive (which is fair enough). FLC provided courtesy machine very promptly which I used to the day I've finally received the forklift I had ordered. All this time I was waiting I would be getting calls with updates on the process which I appreciated greatly. Great team, fair prices and excellent service - I'm getting another one soon and I know where from already. Thank you.

I had a poor experience with this company, however they have subsequently apologised for their mistakes in handling what should have been a straightforward sale. It has taken a year to get an apology from them, but it did come eventually after I reviewed them here.Therefore I have removed my original review and revised my rating upwards. I would hope that my experience with this company is an isolated incident that they would learn from and use to ensure it could not happen again.

Watch out for this company before you deal with them. They are complete cowboys business, who do not know how to deal with customers, and also they cheat you by selling you stuff that does not work after a year. The way they deal with businesses is completely unprofessional. In short if you want to be mugged by crooks buy from them, otherwise Stay away from them at all cost.
