I had a number of coaching sessions with Sarah to deal with work-based negativity I’d experienced and resulting imposter syndrome.She helped me not only to deal with the negativity but gave me tools to maintain the positive state of mind and approach. She also explained how it all works - the way our minds reinforce the “safe place/beliefs” so we don’t deal with the issues or stresses. I found it so fascinating, and it helped me to understand the slippery slope I’d been on.Sarah has given me the best gifts I could wish for. I approached Sarah for coaching initially through Bark as I was starting up as a trainee life coach. I worked with Sarah to help build my confidence, overcome Imposter syndrome and understand the relationships I form.During the sessions we tackled my thought process and how to stop myself being my worst critic, to build resilience, be kinder to myself and celebrate successes.I loved my sessions with Sarah, they were challenging, thought provoking and insightful. I was unsure about what life coaching could do for me, I've had counselling in the past and so tarred it with the same brush, talking about the same things, dragging up the past and feeling exhausted and drained afterwards, but how wrong I was. Life coaching with Sarah has armed me with the tools I need to help me move forward in life and help what has happened in the past, feel lighter and more manageable. For a long time, I have felt my life experiences have held me back in my decisions, relationships and social situations but I finally have a way to move forward in a healthy way. Have always been sceptical about life coaching and didn't really feel it was for me but decided to give it a go after Sarah gave an introductory talk to our office team. Found it amazingly helpful having a neutral person to talk to about some upcoming life changes and learn how to approach them positively.The sessions felt very relaxed despite Sarah asking some difficult questions at times and I really enjoyed them.

Sarah came and spoke at our team strategy morning. The topic was imposter syndrome. Sarah was a really engaging speaker and spoke knowledgeably and compassionately about a topic which is increasingly discussed. I would highly recommend.

Even coaches need coaches! I have known Sarah for about a year, and finally got to experience one of her 'power hours' earlier this week. Well, I can honestly say, she dug deep to ask the questions I wouldn't ask of myself! Sarah has such a lovely approach, isn't afraid of calling out the cr*p we can all come up with at times, and allows the space that is so important to just be in that moment. Right from the get go I knew I’d get on with Sarah and our intro session convinced me that it was worth giving life coaching a go!
