My hearing problems were corrected by wax removal - and the service I received from Lorraine at Sound Advice in Norwich was exceptional. Follow up monitoring was undertaken to ensure the best possible outcome. All stages of the treatment were explained well and performed effectively. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

They deserve 10 stars. Carol provides friendly and professional booking and aftercare service second to none. Lorraine’s expertise has dramatically improved the quality of my listening experiences and thus my life in general. I feel that she is as delighted as me that we have found a solution for my dramatic hearing loss. As a scientist and retired teacher I am always extremely impressed by her knowledge of hearing problems and remedies, and also by her enthusiasm for and awareness of cutting-edge technological advances such as Bluetooth streaming. As much time as is needed is always available to make the correct choice of hearing aid model for the particular type of hearing loss in question and the available budget. I have never experienced a hard-sale in this particular establishment and I am made to feel that I am a patient not just a customer. In the past I was reluctant to reveal that I was a hearing aid wearer. Now I’ll tell everyone how fantastic my new aids are. Many people I meet at concerts or out and about in Norwich say they are hard of hearing but don’t need or want hearing aids and they cope. If you want to be able to do more and communicate fully with friends and family and enjoy music and life again to the full then just try out some new inconspicuous digital hearing aids. I guarantee you won’t want to give them back but if you do then that’s fine. I can’t thank the team in Norwich enough. I will be back again soon for my regular and free aftercare service.

We returned to UK from France having lived there some considerable time. Prior to leaving I was fiited with hearing aids but was never comfortable with them. I did not find them very efficient and did not reall wanted to wear them. I decided someting had to be done in UK and contacted Soundadvice Hearing Norwich. They quickly and efficiently resolved the problem . I am now using the aids and find my hearing has improved dramatically and are comfortable to wear.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone lloking for new hearing aids or just a routine service or upgrade

Absolutely brilliant service, and the treatment by Lorraine was outstanding. She very kindly squeezed in an appointment at very short notice, was incredibly patient with my daughter and me, and dealt with my hearing problems highly professionally and effectively. Having been sent away by three other practitioners beforehand who could not help, her quick, successful treatment of my hearing problems was a godsend. Thank you so much, Lorraine!

I visited my local Doctor's surgery only to be told that I had to wait three weeks, I explained that I had totally lost my hearing and found it dangerous, crossing roads and being unable to hear anything.I visited the Norwich Hearing Centre who fitted me in later that afternoon, I was treated with respect and given friendly advice, having had both ears syringed out, this took a long time as both were full of wax, the specialist was careful and thorough and was very attentive, checking all the time, that I was fine and suffering no ill effects.I have to say that the whole experience was comfortable and the outcome was most satisfying.Very helpful indeed.

I recently had a FREE hearing test at Sound Advice, in Norwich, undertaken by Lorraine. The test was extremely thorough and very professional. The advice given was first class and I left feeling very confident that I had received an in-depth consultation, by a qualified and competent practitioner.
