More varied stock needed . Always the same fish week in week out

Okay, so I've been to both the Gorleston and this branch in Lowestoft. I have to say the staff seem ed friendly and helpful serving customers, but personally the range of goods and fish were disappointing. This place doesn't even really compare to Gorleston which has a much wider range of fish and critters. I will be spending money with Koi Joy in future but it will be at the Gorleston store. Three stars was due to the staff, otherwise it would have been less.

What a brilliant shop, so helpful and friendly, it’s nice to know your getting good advice when your buying something, prices are reasonable and stock levels are good. Forget going online shopping and shop locallyThanks for your help

Excellent little shop, the guy that always seems to be there (I suspect the owner) is awesome, always helpful. I once visited and there appeared 2 extra members of staff in that day I hadn't seen before, those guys weren't so helpful and made me feel like my custom was an unwelcome interruption to their day.There is a good range of stock, lots of knowledge and high quality stock available in this shop.

I have been going to this shop for years now for fish and reptiles. I have always had a great experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. If I need something ordered it will usually be in within the next week or two. HOWEVER... I have been trying to get chicks for my snakes for weeks now and also a ceramic bulb which I have no idea when is coming in or not? I've called a couple times and a women didn't seem to even have a clue what I was on about?? Wasn't the most helpful but I have now got one online. I have also noticed the shop is not looking so great with stock lately not sure why but such a shame.

THE ENVIRONMENT IS WELL LOOKED AFTER MEANING THE CREATURES IF THIER IS ANYTHING YOU NEED IT'S HERE

It's not a bad place, been around for years (miss les tbh).It's git quite expensive but still better to go here than pets at home and there silly staff and rules

The guys here are great, lots of choices and lots of pets/fish, and equipment
