Efficient chap on reception. Arrived early for my appointment but seen straight away. Had a nasal endoscopy which was done with great care.

Was waiting 3 months for an appointment which got cancelled with 1 working day notice for the funeral.Have to wait another 1.5 months for the next one.Not to mention I had a different appointment scheduled for the same day to only travel to the hospital once and that one happened with no issues.
